Guidelines for submitting evidence to Forensic Science CG Laboratory:
1) Enclose correspondence indicating the following:
- What test(s) you would like conducted
- Your preference for a verbal or written report
- Your contact information and best time to contact you
- Whether or not you would like to be contacted by telephone
2) Packaging recommendations:
- For clothing / garments - Dry stains on undergarment, pants, shoes, shirts or swatch of fabric, place in an appropriate sized paper container (envelope, paper bag or box).
- For hair, pills or powders - Use small mailing or coin envelope or fold in an unused piece of paper.
3) Mail the evidence to us at the address above!
- Use preferably overnight mail via Fedex, UPS, DHL, Airborne, or the US Postal Service.
